Position 1: Intern - law students (offer available until Aug.15.2009)

Job Purpose
assist Managing Lawyer in Foreign-related cases

Job description:
1.to assist the lawyer to conduct and translate legal documents;
2.to assist in analyzing cases;
3.to write research article;

Qualifications:
1.Intern in the second year of study or above for Master of Law from one of the elite Universities of Beijing;
2.Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, already passed the CET 6;
3.Passing Bar Exam of P.R.C is preferred;
4.Team working and self-motivated;
5.Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Position 2: Intern - Consulting practice associate

Qualification:

1. Grade 3 or above in key universities in Beijing
2. English language proficiency (speak, read and write)
3. Good communication skills
4. Familiar with MS office
5. Positive and quick learner
6. Team work spirit
